Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance and program management for the Program Innovation & Research team. This position primarily reports to the Program Manager, Student Supports, while also offering administrative support to the broader Program Innovation and Research team as needed.
This role is essential in aiding the JUMP Math Program Innovation and Research team in the creation of innovative programs, educational resources, and professional development for various educational initiatives, including tutoring programs, preschool education, supplementary materials, online learning projects, research initiatives, and pilot programs within schools and districts. Additionally, this position collaborates closely with the Finance and Development teams to monitor progress and financial reporting related to restricted donations from major contributors.
Work Location: This position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements to attend meetings or programs in person.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $54,000 and $63,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the objectives, values, and requirements of JUMP Math and its Program Innovation & Research team, assisting in the successful execution of annual goals and objectives.
- Draft correspondence, concise reports, and presentation materials.
- Support the adaptation of existing core educational resources for alternative contexts.
- Assist the team in planning and coordinating the development of new innovative program products and initiatives.
- Address internal and external inquiries regarding correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, prepare agendas, arrange travel, and maintain contact lists as necessary.
- Facilitate the planning and coordination of JUMP Math school pilots and associated activities.
- Foster positive relationships within the team and with external partners and funders.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports or proposals as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Development, and other departments to assist in tracking and reporting on funded programs and projects, including budgets and outcomes related to restricted grants.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (including PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and other project management tools.
- Familiarity with Google applications and educational tools such as Google Docs and Google Classroom is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Excellent administrative and clerical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in budget tracking and reporting on grant statuses.
