About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Porter to join our team at Vintage Hotels. As a Banquet Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and functions at our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including the installation and removal of temporary partitions and furnishings.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to all security protocols and procedures.
  • Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads, while maintaining a physically demanding work pace.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
