About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Worker to join our team at RK BRAR ORCHARD LTD. As a Farm Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, hand harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and perform weeding tasks.
  • Equipment Operation: Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
  • Health and Safety: Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting production targets and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Work Schedule: Work 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • English language proficiency is required.
