Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC /Taco Bell - Brantford. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent Employment: We offer permanent employment with a stable and supportive work environment.
- English Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
