At Stephenson's Rental Services Inc., we're committed to excellence and innovation in the equipment rental industry. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Shop Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

As a Heavy Equipment Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Heavy Equipment Repair and Service mechanics. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Branch Manager to develop and implement a cohesive shop management program.
  • Ensuring efficient parts inventory management and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing guidance and leadership to direct reports, promoting technical excellence and safety.
  • Maintaining inventory control documents and ensuring compliance with company policies and government legislation.
  • Maximizing internal efficiencies, improving equipment quality, and ensuring productivity requirements are met.
  • Communicating effectively with staff, peers, senior management, and customers.
