Optima Living, a pioneer in innovative seniors' living communities, seeks a seasoned Automotive General Manager to lead our team of professionals in Alberta and BC. With a strong focus on senior life, we're committed to providing exceptional care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team of managers and front-line employees, focusing on talent management, growth, and succession planning.
  • Financial Acumen: Develop and implement site-level budgets, analyze financial data, and drive results-oriented decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Foster a positive culture among families, residents, and employees, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field, with a relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration, long-term care, or hospitality.
  • Experience in a retirement setting is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is an asset.
