Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at THE TEA CO. LIMITED. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to a high standard
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels and controlling costs
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Present bills to customers and manage cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
