About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper-MOH. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping, heavy cleaning, and sanitization duties of assigned areas
  • Ensure compliance with AGCO regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain good public relations with patrons
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and shift work
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
