Job Summary

Armand-Shel Investment Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Ensure all hotel rooms, public areas, and common spaces are clean and sanitized to the highest standards.
    • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Guest Services
    • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Participate in daily housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
    • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with housekeeping team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
