250 Main Salon is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hairstylist to work in our busy salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hair styling and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on beauty care treatments and analyze hair and scalp condition
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatment, including shampooing and conditioning
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences
Requirements
  • Hairstylist Trade Certification
  • Hairstyling Red Seal Certificate
  • Hairstylist Licence
  • 5 years or more experience in the hair styling industry
