Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Supervision

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Technical Skills
