About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sausage Production Specialist at Sikorski Sausages Co. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Record production information and observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Communication: Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities and make adjustments to process variables as needed.
  • Logistics: Maintain shift log of production and other data, and set up and adjust processing and packaging machines.
  • Product Inspection: Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 44 hours per week.
