About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sausage Production Specialist at Sikorski Sausages Co. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation and Maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on sausage processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Identify and report any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities to the supervisor.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular checks on products to ensure conformance to company standards.
    • Record production information and maintain shift logs to track production data.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a food processing plant environment, exposed to hot and cold temperatures. The role requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Language and Communication
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Schedule and Benefits
    • 35-44 hours per week.
