About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of over 30 professionals, led by a Regional Vice President, who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Our team is characterized by its determination and expertise, and we offer a comprehensive training program that includes on-the-job learning, mentorship, and access to industry-leading tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to grow our high net worth client base in the Montreal region, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high net worth clients, leveraging your expertise in financial markets and economics.
  • Analyze clients' financial needs and develop tailored investment strategies to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Implement investment recommendations and provide ongoing portfolio management and monitoring services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with other business lines within National Bank to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to our clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Course in securities trading and Code of Conduct.
  • Professional designations such as CFA, FICVM, CPA, or P. Fin. are highly desirable.
  • Experience in business development with high net worth clients and/or entrepreneurs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and economics.
  • Knowledge of taxation, retirement planning, and estate planning.
