Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and manage the goals of our value stream, from start to finish. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with production, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and communication, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Contract Administration: Manage customer contracts, including receipt, review, and approval of contracts.
  • Product and Service Design: Review and approve product and service design and development to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Change/Configuration Control: Implement and manage change control processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Production Resource Coordination: Coordinate production resources within the value stream to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • OTD and Quality Deliveries: Ensure on-time delivery and quality of products and services to customers.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated relationship building and management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience working with ERPs.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • PMP designation an asset.
  • Lean and CI training and experience.
