Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Roll & Chicken, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Estimate ingredient and supply needs, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations and meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Japanese cuisine.
