Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage customer accounts and payments, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Support retail operations by maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Deliver best-in-class service by supporting the delivery of products to customers' homes
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of any issues
What You'll Need:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Full class driver's license with a driver's abstract in good standing
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods (asset)
  • Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment)
  • Some experience in a customer-facing environment
