Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team at Bétonel/Dulux. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
