Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Blue Bird Fueling INC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer service goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
