We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Develop and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and budgeting to optimize business performance
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of related work experience, including 3 years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business growth
  • Valid driver's license required
