Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food Counter Attendant to join our team at ZIP BRANDS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers by maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters.
  • Restock condiments, supplies, and food items as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient service area.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and cleaning chemicals. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending and reaching.
