KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft and prepare technical documentation (such as SOPs and WIs), collaborating with process owners and subject matter experts to ensure all relevant information is accurately captured.
  • Support laboratory operations, including monitoring utilities and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Conduct calibration, cleaning, and upkeep of laboratory instruments.
  • Assist with sample management tasks, including logging samples and coordinating shipments to external testing laboratories and vendors.
  • Ensure that all data and records are meticulously documented and maintained in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity standards.
  • Follow company policies and uphold performance standards.
  • Comply with all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) protocols, rules, and procedures.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and enhancement of quality systems.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, applied sciences, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance within a GMP environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in technical writing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment while prioritizing high-value activities.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Willingness to adapt work hours as necessary.

Competitive hourly compensation of $25.00.
