About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Labrador Dental Clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Patient Care: Clean teeth, diagnose dental diseases, examine patients' teeth, gums, and surrounding tissue, and instruct patients on oral hygiene.
  • Plan and Implement Treatment: Plan dental health treatment, restore, extract, and replace diseased and decayed teeth, and design bridgework, fit dentures, and provide appliances.
  • Supervise and Lead: Supervise staff, including dental hygienists, assistants, and other support personnel.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry, and 1-2 years of experience in a private dental practice.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
