We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist who can function as both an Architect and an Analyst.
This role offers contracts lasting between 5 to 6 weeks, with options for full-time or part-time engagement, and is fully REMOTE (candidates must be based in Canada).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions for Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) using ServiceNow.
- Conduct strategic assessments to evaluate and enhance client IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
- Oversee data governance, usage, and compliance, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Lead the evaluation and recommendations for ITAM (HAM/SAM) processes, ensuring they meet industry benchmarks.
- Perform comprehensive analyses of current ITAM (HAM/SAM) processes through mapping, data examination, and stakeholder discussions.
- Create process models, flowcharts, and documentation of the existing state to facilitate process redesign initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and providing insights for ITAM, HAM, and SAM processes.
- Strong capability in developing process models, flowcharts, and related documentation.
- Exceptional facilitation skills for conducting workshops and meetings.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Proficient in conducting detailed data analysis and delivering actionable insights.
- Experience in process mapping and engaging with stakeholders through interviews.
