In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with the design and execution of the technical animation workflow, production processes, and the technical specifications required for various projects. You will work closely with department leaders to identify the technical necessities of the team, choose appropriate tools, recommend best practices, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support in technical validation, troubleshooting, optimization, and debugging processes.
  • Bringing approximately 5 years of experience in animation, rigging, or programming, alongside 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Possessing extensive knowledge of game engines and 3D software, in addition to proficiency in scripting languages, motion capture, and state machines.
  • Holding a degree in 3D Animation, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Exhibiting strong communication, interpersonal, mentorship, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Having familiarity with bug tracking tools and version control systems.
  • Demonstrating a passion for knowledge sharing and fostering the growth of others.
