We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our residential community.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties upon tenant move-out.
  • Monitor and manage the collection of rental payments.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for tenants.
  • Oversee lease transfers and internal relocations.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital records within our management system.
  • Distribute keys and access devices to new residents.
  • Generate reports on rental activities and handle lease renewal requests as needed.
  • Organize tenant meetings and manage elevator reservations.
  • Engage in business development initiatives and collaborate on marketing strategies with management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and residents.
  • Complete various administrative tasks and produce necessary reports.
  • Assist the general manager with daily operations.
  • Update and maintain administrative documentation.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a coordination role within the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry.
