Role Overview

As a key member of our team at Publicis Groupe, you will collaborate closely with Creative and Project Management departments to spearhead the design, execution, and launch of CRM email communications tailored for our diverse clientele.

Your Expertise

You are a skilled and committed professional adept at navigating established templates while also creating and managing custom HTML templates. Your experience spans various Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You possess the ability to work independently with Ampscript, Journeys, Automations, data extensions, and Analytics Builder. Your role will involve engaging with both technical and creative teams, fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations, SQL, and deployment processes.
  • Utilize several years of experience in coding responsive HTML emails.
  • Employ email testing tools, such as Litmus, to ensure quality.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite products.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  • Possess knowledge of databases, data structures, vendor requirements, and campaign creation leveraging customer data.
  • Experience with CloudPages, CloudPage forms, Analytics Builder, Movable Ink, JIRA, and MJML is advantageous.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, providing innovative ideas and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Exhibit passion and self-motivation, continuously seeking to elevate email concepts and development.
  • Work autonomously within a structured team environment.
  • Understand cross-client, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Communicate sensitive information tactfully.
  • Guide creative and team members from various disciplines in understanding new technologies and their application.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail, ensuring creative output is precise and error-free.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to validate and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email development within a collaborative setting utilizing ESP platforms.
  • A university or college degree in multimedia arts, front-end web development, or a related field.
