We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Passenger Service Supervisor to join our team at AGI Canadian Company. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our passenger service agents and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and direct the work of passenger service agents to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage passenger service agent manpower to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and management to address any irregular operations or service issues
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Enforce all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Assist with passenger service duties as needed, including checking in passengers, luggage, and communicating with passengers

**Requirements**

  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work with various software systems
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (may be required for some airports)
  • Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, including a 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check

**Physical Requirements**

  • Lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis
  • Stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines
