About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at A2A SECURITY AGENCY INC. as a key member of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate tax returns and sales tax returns.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets, including forecasting and scenario planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
