About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Direct Investment to join our team at GEOSWIFT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Investment Strategy: Design and manage investment strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload.
