Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic business partnership to leaders with a focus on talent management, performance management, leadership development, and conflict management.
  • Facilitate change initiatives with HR counseling and coaching, advising and counseling managers on various topics to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide service to managers in annual HR processes, including year-end review and compensation planning, and manage the work cycle from onboarding to employee termination.
  • Contribute to the improvement, implementation, and administration of HR initiatives, policies, and programs.
  • HR compliance reporting and data analytics, including turnover analysis.
  • Support special HR committees and projects, such as the Social Committee and Health & Safety Committee.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to work with US partners.
  • Strong knowledge of provincial legislation and labor standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple files, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.
