Responsabilités
  • Effectuer des calculs et préparer et envoyer des documents liés aux comptes tels que des factures, des rapports d'inventaire, des relevés de compte et d'autres états financiers à l'aide de systèmes informatiques et manuels.
  • Soutenir le service Comptes débiteurs en envoyant des factures à la clientèle, en saisissant et en traitant des factures et des paiements par chèque ou TEF, et en faisant un suivi auprès de la clientèle pour régler les paiements en souffrance et les erreurs de paiement.
  • Effectuer les tâches liées aux comptes débiteurs, y compris l'enregistrement et le rapprochement des paiements quotidiens en argent et par carte de crédit et le traitement des paiements dans le grand livre général.
  • Effectuer les tâches de fin de mois, entre autres la préparation des écritures de journal, la réalisation des rapports de fins de mois et le rapprochement des comptes.
  • Coder, additionner, traiter par lots, saisir, vérifier et rapprocher les transactions en lien avec les comptes débiteurs, les bulletins de vente, les chèques, les cartes de crédit, les factures, les demandes de chèques et les relevés de banque dans un grand livre ou un système informatique.
  • Fournir du soutien au sein de l'équipe Finances et Approvisionnement en traitant des entrées de comptes créditeurs et de factures en rapport avec des bulletins de vente, soumettant des bons de commande aux prestataires de biens et de services et répondant aux demandes de renseignements sur les factures.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe des finances professionnelle pour offrir une saisie de données, une tenue de livres et des conseils de qualité à notre portefeuille d'entreprises.
  • Tenir des dossiers exacts des transactions, y compris les factures papier et électroniques, les données comptables générales et les documents connexes pour les comptes de bilan.
  • Suivre, traiter et rapprocher les paiements et dépenses, notamment les bons de commande, les factures, les relevés, les chèques, les demandes de remboursement, etc., conformément aux politiques et procédures financières.
  • Assurer l'approbation, le tri, le codage et le rapprochement précis des factures et des reçus.
Qualifications
  • Un ou deux ans d'expérience dans un autre rôle lié aux finances, à la comptabilité et à la tenue de livres avec des connaissances de base en comptabilité, souhaitée.
  • Diplôme dans une discipline connexe, un atout.
  • Expérience avérée avec les feuilles de calcul Excel, le traitement de texte, et les logiciels de comptabilité.
  • Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics GP, un atout.
  • Aptitude avérée à calculer, publier et gérer les données comptables et les états financiers.
  • Expérience avérée avec les régularisations et les rapprochements de compte.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite en anglais.
  • Grand souci d'exactitude et sens du détail.
