Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs utilizing diverse instructional methods
  • Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and organizational leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Facilitate engaging train-the-trainer sessions, empowering colleagues to deliver impactful training
  • Recommend best practices and external resources to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Foster a culture of creative thinking in course design, exploring innovative approaches to learning
  • Monitor the implementation of training programs, ensuring successful execution and desired outcomes
  • Develop supportive materials and assessments that reinforce learning and measure progress
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of new software solutions to enhance training delivery
  • Contribute to other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Adult Education or Course Design
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning development tools and platforms
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring timely completion of training initiatives
  • Experience in facilitating engaging training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions
