Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Bryan de la Cruz. As a Domestic Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's home.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Mend clothing and linens.
  • Perform other light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Reliability and initiative.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
Working Conditions:

This is a temporary position with a 30-hour workweek. The work site environment is non-smoking and outdoors. The work setting is in the employer's/client's home, with various locations and relocation costs covered by the employer.

Education and Experience:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Specialization or Experience:

Specialized environmental skills and knowledge.

Security and Safety:

Criminal record check required.

Transportation/Travel Information:

Willing to travel and public transportation is available.

Support for Visible Minorities:

Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities and applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
