We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Gas Bar Cashier to join our team at Porter Creek Super A Foods. As a Gas Bar Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the electronic cash register and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, as well as scan items and receive payment for goods or services
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate an electronic cash register and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
