Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Gas Bar Cashier to join our team at Porter Creek Super A Foods. As a Gas Bar Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and responding to their needs
  • Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
  • Scan items and receive payment for goods or services
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Availability to work 35-40 hours per week
