About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Construction Helper at Acem Insulation Co. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable and even surface.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to create a smooth and even surface.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working condition.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to prevent environmental hazards.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure safe and efficient movement of people and equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads (over 45 kg/100 lbs) with ease.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and dusty environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions
  • Work will be performed in a variety of locations, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
  • May be required to work at heights or in areas with limited access.
  • May be exposed to loud noises, dust, and other environmental hazards.
