Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets by actively pursuing contracts, crafting job proposals with detailed cost analyses, managing client accounts, and fostering robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop and present compelling presentations for potential clients.
- Engage in negotiations regarding pricing and other terms of job proposals.
- Compile comprehensive booking packages.
- Reach out to current and prospective clients to expand and maintain the customer base.
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of ongoing projects or to evaluate the scope of potential projects.
- Finalize and process necessary documentation upon project completion.
- Address customer complaints personally to ensure satisfaction.
- When required, follow up with clients for payment collection and explore alternative payment solutions.
- Participate in out-of-town sales meetings and regional training sessions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
- A Bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
- Strong business insight and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Excellent negotiation skills, complemented by a natural ability to address customer needs.
- Proven conflict management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively.
