Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at NT & T Floor Design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various flooring materials and techniques.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in flooring installation
Work Environment

The role involves working at various locations, providing flexibility and diversity in job sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, measurements, and markings on surfaces designated for flooring
  • Accurately measure, cut, and secure underlay and padding
  • Install carpeting and resilient floor coverings with precision
  • Prepare and lay hardwood flooring
  • Assess and repair any damaged flooring materials
  • Perform moisture, pH, temperature, and other necessary tests before installation
  • Prepare surfaces for new flooring installations
  • Remove old floor coverings and contaminants effectively
  • Handle the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials
