Are you a seasoned chef looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team at Sun Peaks Resort. As a leader in our culinary operations, you'll be responsible for overseeing food production, health and safety, sanitation, and menu execution. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure kitchen operations meet department standards and health and safety regulations
  • Develop and maintain the kitchen schedule
  • Train and coach kitchen staff on menu execution and quality control
  • Assist with service during peak periods
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and specials
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of production and banquet experience
  • Red seal certification or degree in culinary arts
  • Current Food Safe Level 1 certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy loads
