Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Enzo Developments Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Subcontractors: Oversee the activities of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize: Develop and implement plans to organize daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Select Trade Subcontractors: Choose qualified subcontractors to work on construction projects.
  • Prepare Budget Estimates: Create and submit construction project budget estimates.
  • Hire and Supervise: Recruit and manage subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
  • Plan Schedules and Milestones: Develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones.
  • Prepare Contracts: Create and negotiate contractual agreements.
  • Establish Quality Control: Implement policies and procedures for quality control.
  • Manage Budgets: Plan and manage budgets for construction projects.
  • Prepare Reports: Create reports to track project progress.
