Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Enzo Developments Inc.

Job Summary

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning and organizing daily operations, evaluating daily progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Subcontractors: Work with subcontractors to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess the progress of construction projects and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Select Trade Subcontractors: Identify and select qualified subcontractors to work on construction projects.
  • Prepare and Submit Budget Estimates: Create and submit detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Hire and Supervise Subcontractors: Recruit and manage subcontractors to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Plan and Prepare Schedules and Milestones: Develop and implement schedules and milestones to ensure construction projects are completed on time.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly assess the progress of construction projects and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Contracts and Negotiate Revisions: Create and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • Establish Quality Control Policies: Develop and implement policies to ensure high-quality construction projects.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee budgets for construction projects and ensure they are completed within budget.
  • Prepare Reports: Create and submit regular reports on construction project progress.
