- Assist in maintaining a professional branch environment.
- Support frontline with transactions as needed.
- Act as a point of escalation and support for complex customer problems.
- High School diploma and/or relevant experience.
- Financial certifications required.
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
French language proficiency required.
