Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for producing and writing technical documents for various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and gather data for project documentation
  • Design, prepare, and review construction drawings and specifications
  • Solve complex technical problems and provide solutions
  • Research and analyze existing building documentation, including plans and reports
  • Ensure projects comply with contract documents and building codes
  • Coordinate with various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and structural teams
Requirements
  • College diploma in architecture technology
  • Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French language skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality projects and a commitment to excellence
