The Motel Operations Supervisor at Bear Country Inn Ltd. plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our lodging facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can manage daily operations effectively while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

This role is set within a vibrant hotel, motel, and resort atmosphere, where the supervisor will coordinate various activities across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures for staff.
  • Perform the same duties as the team members supervised, ensuring a hands-on approach.
  • Assist guests with special requirements, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Maintain and oversee the operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging necessary repairs to uphold business continuity and service delivery.
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
Work Conditions

The position is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure.
