Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Manager to join our team at ELSIE AUSTRIA. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Household Management: Shop for food and household supplies, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Other Duties: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, sitting, walking, up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis, work in employer's/client's home, room and board provided, urban area, private residence.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
