Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Household Manager to join our team at Diamond Group in Vancouver. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our private estate, ensuring the highest level of comfort and convenience for our family.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the household budget and oversee all financial transactions
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other household staff members
  • Plan and prepare meals, as well as manage the household's food inventory
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the household, including laundry and trash management
  • Coordinate and manage the household's maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and implement systems for managing the household's inventory and supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our family

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Household Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing a household staff and overseeing daily operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
