Telephone Equipment Installation and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telephone Equipment Installation and Repair Specialist to join our team at Techise. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telephone equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
- Service and Repair: Conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment using computerized testing systems.
- Work Assignment: Determine work assignments and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of telephone systems, computerized testing systems, and related technologies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and possess manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership, client focus, and team player.
- Permanent Work Term: A permanent position with a stable work environment.
- English Language: Work in a predominantly English-speaking environment.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 44 hours per week.
