Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pioneer Gas Station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to optimize sales performance and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
