About the Role

  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive individual and team performance improvement.
Supervision and Leadership
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and leadership to drive business results.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
